Each subscription order is charged at the active retail price at the time the order is placed, less the subscription discount that applies to that specific product. So if we’ve changed our prices since you first set up your subscription, your next order will be charged at the current price, with the subscription discount automatically applied.


We review our pricing periodically. Following our most recent review (May 2026), the structure is now weighted to give subscribers the best value: every Subscribe & Save item is discounted by at least 10%, with many products discounted by significantly more. The specific discount for any product is shown on its product page when you select Subscribe & Save. We’ve kept one-off pricing competitive without it being where the strongest discounts sit, so if you’re a regular customer, subscribing is generally the most cost-effective way to buy from us.


Your subscription discount is always applied to the current price – it doesn’t matter whether prices have gone up, down, or stayed the same since you subscribed. You’re always getting a discount on what we’re charging at that point in time.
