We aim to ship orders the same day they are placed wherever possible. Any order placed before 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) is shipped that same working day by the delivery method chosen at checkout. Orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends and Bank Holidays, are shipped the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with delivery details. If you haven't received a dispatch email and your order was placed more than one working day ago, please check the following before contacting us:
- Your spam or junk folder: Dispatch confirmation emails sometimes get filtered there, especially on first orders.
- Your account dashboard. Log in at https://www.troohealthcare.com/login and check the order status under Orders. The status will show whether the order has shipped.
- Was your order placed on a Friday afternoon, weekend, or just before a Bank Holiday? In those cases the order will be shipped on the next working day, so please allow a little extra time.
If your order was placed more than one working day ago and you still haven't received a dispatch email, please email myorder@troohealthcare.com with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
