We ship orders promptly. Any order that is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) is shipped same day by the delivery method chosen at point of order. If you have chosen free delivery then this is usually by 2nd class mail which has an estimated delivery time of 3 working days. We will send an email to confirm shipment of your order but you can also check the status from within your account.
Unfortunately despite our best efforts once an order has been shipped we have no control over delivery delays. Any delivery times suggested on the website are provided as a guide only - they are estimates given by the mail carrier and are not guaranteed times. The only guaranteed delivery times are UK Courier and Special Delivery.
If you are concerned about the time it is taking for your order to arrive please be aware that usually this will be simply down to a delay in transit. We understand mail delays are frustrating - they are for us to as we work hard to ship orders promptly. Assuming the address you submitted with your order is correct it is likely your order will be delivered very soon. If you have not received your order within 10 days of shipment (15 days for overseas delivery) then please submit a support ticket and we can look to reship your order if necessary.
